The theme for this weeks challenge is, Show Us Your Anything Goes....wohooooo
You can make whatever you like as long as it is VINTAGE and has something to do with the Challenge. So let's start 


I created a Welcome Tag for a new colleague at work to make her feel welcome.

 I used the Postcard & Sheet Music embossing folder on the background, covered it with Crackle Accents and used Weathered Wood as the main color. 

Vintage Photo was used for the borders and of course the Rosette's could not be missed. 

The little welcome birdie was given to me by a very special friend......I just love it...

To finish I placed the Game Spinners and  Sprocket Gear on top of the Rosettes.....

And this is what I made for this week.

I have played with this cute little LOTV stamp....for the first time since a long time I tried out the distress coloring and I must say I am pretty pleased about it.....

I have placed these fabulous flowers, I used a die for these and put some pearls on top.

The sentiment comes from LOTV too......

and I really like it.

And here is my card when it is finished.....I am very pleased about it and let me tell you that does not happen that much LOL.....I have used the pretty Tilda Papers and distressed the borders with the paperdistresser.....so guys you wanna have fun too, then come on over to the Sketch Saturday Challenge Blog and do join into the fun and while your their check out my amazing teamies creations, you can even visit their individual blogs for more detailled pictures.....have lots of fun

Simon Says Stamp and Show, Show Us Your Tim Technique

Hey there ladies and gents....here we are on Easter Monday in the Netherlands.....yep we have two days off.....we have another fabulous challenge over at the SIMON SAYS STAMP AND SHOW challenge blog....and that is....


This week the theme is Show Us Your Tim Technique......
that must be an easy one eh? Since The Tim has soooooo many techniques.....
so get your thinking cap on and lets start crafting...wohoooo

Oke on to this weeks theme.....this is what I made......

I made an Easter Tag......since it is the second day of Easter overhere in Holland.....

I used the Embossing Technique with the Springtime Background and Borders Set. As well on the butterfly.

On top I played with Distress Stains and Distress Crackle Paint in Picket Fence, Tarnished Brass, Antique Bronze and Brushed Pewter. The butterflies are from the Movers and Shapers Mini Butterfly set decorated with Distress Stains and Crackle Accents. 

To finish my tag I used the Rosette, a Sprocket Gear 

And last but not least, I added a Wordstick from The Tim.

And here we have the whole enchelada LOL......I really like the way it turned out.....yep.....I just love the embossing technique....with lots of fabby colors and products to have fun with. So guys you wanna have fun tooo......then come on over to the SIMON SAYS STAMP AND SHOW CHALLENGE BLOG and do join into the fun. Sketch Saturday Challenge #202, Paula's DT week....and more....

Hey there lovely ladies and gents, it is Saturday so we have another fabby sketch challenge over at the Sketch Saturday Challenge Blog.....and this week it is our lovely teamie Paula's DT week...so Jo is off for this week.....and Paula made us a fabby sketchy to play with.....

I have used again....I know I know.....I am not only a crackle head LOL but also use the Flowerfairy a lot.....I just love these cute little images......

I have placed some flowers at the bottom of the card and worked with the papers from the favourite cheap store in Holland.....

I distressed the borders and used the paper distresser....my favourite tool lately......

And this is when my card is finished......

This is what I made with lots of yummieness from THE WENDY.....

A tag filled with Wendylicious products from Studio 490 is what I created. 

I have used  Simply Wings Art Parts, a sentiment from the Love to Make Art Stampset 

and the background was made with The Art from The Heart stampset - all from The Wendy! 

And what about this georgous tulip eh? Perhaps this tulip came from Holland ..LOL......if you look really close you can see that this "crackle head" could not help herself and just HAD TO use crackle on allmost everything on the Tag LOL.......

What could just not be missed??? The fabby Just flutterby Butterfly of course!

I have used another Flowerfairy, really love these cuties....I placed her on a nestie en placed some pearls underneith and on top

For the first time ever I used the sketch on the inside of the card too.....

I turned the sketch around..

Here you can see that I used it on the inside 

I made this border with a punch from Stampin Up...really like this one.....

This is what I made for this weeks challenge.....

Since my daughter was giving a birthday party she asked me to make some invitations....so I did.....
I have created a set of Party Tags for my daughter's birthday!

I have used the Tim Holtz Papillon stamp set combined with The Wendy Vecchi Just Flutterby Butterfly. I think Tim and Wendy look fabulous together.....don't they???????????? and what about the background.....I used the stamp from the Papillon stamp set.....and on top some crackle.....I know I know....I am a crackle head LOL.....

I have used lots of  Rock Candy Crackle Paint and Crackle Accents on top to finish off these fun tags. This is just one of them so you can see it upclose......And I sprayed some Glimmer Mist on top of the butterflies.....don't you just loveeee the shiny look.....and underneith I placed some lace that I accidently found in my closet how convenient eh?

So here is the lot of them......I love it.....and they were so much fun to make for the kids.....so you wanna have some fun too guys.....then you better hurry and come on over to the Simon Says Stamp and Show Challenge Blog and join into the fun......and while your at it, check out my AMAZING teamies, AMAZING creations.....wohoooooo you will be stunned......check it out.
