Oke here we go....this week we have a fun Challenge the theme is 

Show Us Your FAVOURITE TECHNIQUE

You can make whatever you like but it has to fit the challenge as well as the Vintage part......
This is what I made.....

I wanted to make 3 tags because I think it's the little things that makes everything big in life....

My favourite technique is heat embossing, when melted you achieve such fabulous texture and dimension.  First I worked on the background with distress inks and played around with the distress stains and a paint dabber. And last but not least the Copper Embossing powder. Just love it. 

Really like this flower, it comes from a die....cannot even remember which one it is but I just love it.....

The Wendy butterfly is my favourite, all you regular visitors will know that I am totally in love with these fabbylicious Butterflies from The Wendy.... I played with the Sprocket Gears, Game Spinners

and embossed the butterflies from the Embossing folder and offcourse could not resist some crackle on top. I just love the little things that make life BIG.

So I will show you the Tags seperatly.....

This way  you can see it better....see the rich embossed swirls....I have used the copper embossing powder on it, the embossing folder is from The Tim....and I really love it a lot...it is the Springtime one.....

The butterflies are offcourse from the Wendy.....don't you just love these butterflies.....I sure do.....

Played around with the distress inks and distress stains and the white on top is from a Paint Dabber

The same is with this tag.....rich embossed swirls but I used the fabulous sentiment from the Tim's stampset and those words are so true.....the little things make life BIG......and played with lace to make a bow and at the bottom some lace too....the flowers ....I don't remember where what the die is called hahah so if anyone knows just tell me oke? 

And here is the last of the three little tags.....really like this one too....the border with butterflies is made with the same embossing folder from the Tim....love it....offcourse I just HAD to use the crackle on top because everyone knows that I am a Crackle head lol.......

So here we go.....

The theme for this weeks challenge is Show us Your What Do You Say.......

I was feeling like making an ATC and while I was sitting at the table all my ideas came out in crackle, distress stains and words.....so I say, Together, Cherish and Forevermore

I was in a loving mood so I decided to use these fabby stamps from Tim Holtz.The background is worked on with lots of yummie distress stains, paint dabber and crackle. 

The birds are embossed with copper embossing powder to give them such an effect, like they are breakable, like everything in life is.

 The sentiments are from the Chitchat stickers and work really well with the birds, don't you think? 

In life everything flies by and goes fast like in the movies.Therefore I placed the frame and the mini gears sprockets

The theme for this weeks challenge is, Show Us Your Anything Goes....wohooooo
You can make whatever you like as long as it is VINTAGE and has something to do with the Challenge. So let's start 


I created a Welcome Tag for a new colleague at work to make her feel welcome.

 I used the Postcard & Sheet Music embossing folder on the background, covered it with Crackle Accents and used Weathered Wood as the main color. 

Vintage Photo was used for the borders and of course the Rosette's could not be missed. 

The little welcome birdie was given to me by a very special friend......I just love it...

To finish I placed the Game Spinners and  Sprocket Gear on top of the Rosettes.....
