WE LOVE TO CREATE CHALLENGE #14 ANYTHING CREATIVE MIXED MEDIUM GOES

Hey there It is Sunday today, anddddd 
you know what that means eh?.....Today there WE HAVE a brand new challenge over at the

This is what I have made......


I have played with yet another Notebook, this time I worked with the Black Pearlescent Pan, lots of shine from the White Coarse PanPastel and offcourse I could not help myself to place a Butterfly.


So this is the back of the notebook. I started out with one layer of Gesso....another layer that I did was with Black Pearlescent....and last layer on this side was with Crackle....can you see the cracks in the stencil that I used? I colored on top of it with another layer of White Coarse so that the cracks can be seen even better.....

Oke so here we have the front of the Notebook....Same background that I did on the back of the book but still a bit different....the Butterfly is worked on with Metallic PanPastel. I used the Graph It Shake Marker to delineate the sentiment. In this way, it seems as if the characters come foreward on the notebook.....

WE LOVE TO CREATE CHALLENGE #12 ANYTHING CREATIVE MIXED MEDIA GOES

Hey there crafters, It is Sunday today, anddddd you know what that means....

Today there WE HAVE a brand new challenge over at the

This is what I have made......

I made a Notebook for the daughter of my colleque, she is an intern in Costa Rica and now she has a little notebook where she can write her adventures in....



the Front of the Notebook was made with Gesso, second layer is Light Modelling Paste.


I worked with a stencil to create the background.  The 3th layer is Crackle and after this was dry I worked on the Notebook with the White Coarse PanPastel and the Black Pearlescent Pan.




What the crackle combined with PanPastel does is give the background a nice crackled look. You can see the tiny cracks they are filled up with the PanPastels.


And this is what it looks like from upclose....can you see all the tiny crackles....I just love the way it came out and what the two products combined are doing on paper 



This is the backside of the Notebook. This was made the same way I did the front With Gesso Light Modelling Paste and a stencil. Crackle on top and when that was dry I Painted Matt Gel Medium on top.


So the last thing I did on the front was, place the drawing of  the girl and underneith the Costa Rica letters. They were stamped on paper and than I cut the letters out of the paper and placed them on the Notebook.



On the inside of the Notebook I stamped 2016, since it is the year 2016 when my colleques daughter is an intern and is going on a Journey to Costa Rica.

WE LOVE TO CREATE CHALLENGE #20, ANYTHING CREATIVE/MIXED MEDIUM GOES

 This is what I have made

I have made a little wallhanger, the background is made with Black Coarse, White Coarse and on top I worked with Crackle. 



The nice thing about crackle is that once dry you apply the PanPastels, They all just go into the little crackles. Just love the outcome of it. 




Inside the wallhanger I placed a piece of stampbord that I stamped with Panpastels and this way I made a little scenery.

PREMIUM CRAFT BRANDS PANPASTEL UK CHALLENGE #2, HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Today there WE HAVE MORE INSPIRATION OVER AT THE

HAPPY BIRTHDAY....

I have altered a Birthday booklet, it happens to be my MIL's birthday today, she is 82 years "young" and I actually made this booklet for her.....
the background is made with Gesso, Light Modelling Paste and the Roses Stencil from Dutch Doobadoo. I just love that Roses stencil.....On top I have played with the White and Black Coarsee Pearlescent PanPastels.. And on top of that I painted with Iridescent Paste to get a shiny top. And offcourse I could not resist to place a cute vintage girly image on the book. 
This is the background of the booklet and yep I also used the Roses stencil for it and same recipe as on the front....I am pretty pleased with it....you wanna have fun too guys, than come on over to the Premium Craft Brands challenge blog and you should check out  my amazing teamies creations, your gonna love what your about to see.....have fun.....
