PREMIUM CRAFT BRANDS PANPASTEL UK CHALLENGE # 19 and more

The theme for this weeks challenge is Summer Fun and this is what I made.....

I had so much fun coloring this cute image, it has been a long time coloring but I am sure I will do loads more in the near future. Luckyliy for me I had a coloring day with my friend and she made sure I colored it right lol...... I made a card with on the background,  paper and the stencil from Dutch Doobadoo, I worked on the chickenwire stencil with Light Modelling Paste and Purple PanPastel.

The image is colored with Markers and all the borders are colored with PanPastels. I have placed some hearts from DD and some roses for the Summer Fun. To finish my card I placed a sentiment from the fabulous stampset Postcard.

So this is my finished card, I sure hope you like it, I am very pleased about it. So this fortnight we have a wonderfull theme, the theme is
Celebrations.......

And this is what I have made.......

I had fun making a card for a Birthday, using the fabulous sentiments from Dutch Doobadoo, lots of hearts from Dutch Doobadoo laserart, including the little heart laserart buttons, roses and  the Honeycomb Board.

It is Sunday today, so you probably know what that means eh? This is the Inspiration week for the Challenge # 18 over at the 

Premium Craft Brands Challenge wohoooo ....

Hey there guys some more inpiration this week, 

Remember the theme is Tim Holtz Inspiration.....and this is what I made for you....

I got inspired by Tim and I started out with a wallhanger, sort of....hehehe, the background is made with Gesso, lots of Gesso, Modelling Paste and to create the texture I worked with the stencil from Dutch Doobadoo.

Since I just love butterflies and crackle, I have used both. Can you see the heart underneith the butterfly? It is also covered with crackle.....it is allmost camouflaged eh? 

So I played with the texture on the butterfly too, First I played with the Metallic PanPastels and on top with Crackle Accents. 

I forgot to tell you that I also used the Acrylic Metallic Paints, they are really fun to work with. Just like Distress inks and stains, I have colored the borders of my project with it and played with a heart, which is a Die, underneith the heart. I attached some Wings from Dutch Doobadoo on it and now it looks very different....only because of the wings....

My finished project, hope you like it, I am very pleased with it, the way it turned out. The theme for this weeks challenge is Inspired by Tim Holtz.....and this is what I have made 

I had fun making a sort of a wallhanger, yep another wallhanger, it is so much fun making these projects, for giving away as a surprise gift or for your own wall in your house......So I started from scratch, just a wooden plaque, that was it, a white one with letters on it.  

So I thought since this is a Tim inspired challenge theme, why  not use Tim's fabulous butterflies.....so what I did with the butterflies is, I stamped the butterfly with Embossing ink and colored it with the dark color Panpastel.

The same happened with this butterfly in the middle, stamped with embossing ink and colored with Panpastels. Inspired by Tim I worked with his Butterflies and mixed colors for the background, using Gesso, PanPastels and the Honeycomb Stencil from DD, 

And there we have butterfly number 3, embossing ink and panpastels yep same here.....and offcourse the Inspire sentiment Tim really inspires a lot.......

My butterflies are colored with PanPastels and the toplayer I worked with is Mat Gel Maimeri

So this fortnight we have a wonderfull theme, the theme is SPOTTY and DOTTY

I have made a sort of a wallhanger and started out with Gesso, Crackle and Gel Medium, used the Softboard from the hearts from DD on the background.

Colored it with the Green and Yellow PanPastels and on top of the hearts finished with Glossy Gel, the hearts on top are surrounded with Dots from the Graph-It Shake it Pen and some sentiments to finish my project for this fortnight.

HOBBYACTIEF, WAT JE KUNT DOEN MET EEN ROZENSTENCIL, WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH A ROSESSTENCIL.....

Hallo allemaal, ik heb even wat gemaakt voor jullie, om te laten zien wat je met een Rozen stencil van Dutch Doobadoo kunt maken.

Hey there guys, I have made a little something for you to show you what you can do with a Roses Stencil from Dutch Doobadoo

Wat heb ik gedaan.....ik had nog een oude pot staan waar ik wel wat mee kon doen, ik heb met de Rozenstencil en Modeleerpasta de vormen van de rozen op het glas gemaakt. Dus gewoon het stencil met een plakbandje rondom de Pot geplakt en langzaam met de Modeleer pasta erover heen om de afdruk van de rozen erop te krijgen. Even een beetje laten drogen. En toen met Embossingpoeder erover heen, verwarmd met de Heattool.  Zo ben ik de hele pot bijlangs gegaan totdat ik dacht dat het goed was.

So what did I do, I had an old jar and I thought I could do something with that. I took de Rosesstencil and Modelling Paste and got the shapes from the roses onto the jar. So you take the stencil and tape it around the jar, then you get your Modelling Paste ans slowly cover all the shapes of the roses with the Modelling Paste. Then I took the Embossing Powder and dried it with my Heattool. I covered the whole jar untill I was happy with it.

De ene kant van de Pot heeft een iets dikkere laag met embossingpoeder dan deze kant, waarom ....omdat ik aan deze kant wat embossingpoeder eraf geveegd heb met een schuursponsje.....voor het effect.

One side of the Jar has a thick layer of embossingpowder then this side, why ......do you ask...well because I have wiped some off on this side just to show the effect of it.....

De deksel van de Pot, eerste laag is Structuurpasta en is versierd met een grote kanten roos and kant. Een knoop die ik nog had liggen 

The Jar, first layer is Structure Paste. Decorated the Jar with a Huge lace rose, some lace on the borders and a button that I had in my closet.

En natuurlijk kon ik het niet nalaten om een paar metalen hartjes te plaatsen, ze zaten gewoon op me te wachten in mijn kast......

And offcourse I could not resist to place some metal hearts, I had them in my closet waiting for me to be used.

Ik hoop dat jullie het leuk vinden en dat ik jullie wat inspiratie heb gegeven om weer wat leuks te maken met de Rozenstencil. Dank je wel voor het kijken en tot de volgende keer....
