this week the challenge says Simon Says Stamp and Show us your Word......
So what we would like you to do, is make a card, tag or whatever you want to and show us your Word.....

This is what I have made for this weeks challenge

I worked on a canvas with Distress inks, I have used the  Vintage Photo, Fired Brick, Victiorian Velvet and Tattered Rose.

The beautifull butterflies are from The Wendy Vecchi, Just Fly and are also worked on with Distress inks and Glossy Accents. I just love butterflies and yep the ones from The Wendy are just great to work with.....

I have placed a few roses and used some stickles on top of the roses.....

the swirl on the picture is from The Tim Holtz Idea-ology Grungeboard elements.

And this is my project when it is finished......I have used the word "LOVE" because there is a lots of love FOR and IN my two girls. When this picture was taken  I think that Denice was 3 years of age and Shannon was 6 months. So what do you think....hope you like it....I just love the girls in the phrame, hehehe my pride and joy.......

Simon Says Stamp and Show, Show us your Tim Holtz Technique.....

Hiya Ladies and Gents....wohoooo here we go wowwwwzersss we have another amazing challenge at the Simon Says Stamp and Show Challenge Blog...

Oke here we go with what I made for this weeks challenge....

I was thinking what kind of technique I could use ......from THE Tim....cause he has so many amazing techniques....woww...I think I can learn so many amazing techniques from Lord Tim......But I could only choose one so I have decided to use the emboss technique to alter a heart shaped box. Remember that I just HAVE to alter something when I get my hands on it.....so the heart shaped box was not safe for me.....I just had to do something with it...

So I used Distress inks to color the box, the colors are Aged Mahogany, Victorian Velvet, Vintage Photo and the Embossing Distres ink to ink up the swirls and the stamp from the Christmas sentiment Odds and Ends on it, I used the Cupper and White embossing powder to give it a vintagy look. I think that the heat tool cannot be missed to get the embossed look. Such a wonderfull tool to use.

The stars are from the Tim Holtz idea-ology grungeboard dots elements set. I can tell you I just got the set last weekend and I am totally in love with it. You can use the elements in so many ways....wowwzersss....The little snowflakes are punched out and worked on with Glossy Accents from Inkssentials and Glitz Stickles from Ranger. After I was finished with my project I used the Scrubbie to clean up my inky hands. Maybe you don´t want to believe it, but this little thingy is soooo wonderfull and you can clean your hands from all sorts of crafting stuff...

And you can see that I placed a little bit of snow underneith the stars and the lace. I think it looks nice....hehehhe, don´t you??

And here is my project when it is finished. Here you can see the whole heart shaped box with everything on it that I wanted to be on it... I can put some choclits in it and then can give it away as a present.

See what I mean??? there is enough space inside to get some yummi stuff inthere......hehee....

Simon Says Stamp & Show, Show us your favorite Tim Holtz Stamp

Hiya ladies & gents, it is Monday again..wohooooo soo that means another fabulous challenge at Simon Says Stamp & Show......and we would like you to Show us your favorite Tim Holtz Stamp......

Now here we go to this weeks challenge;

I don't have that many Tim Stamps but I decided to make a Tag with the one I like the most "A dream is a wish your heart makes". On the tag itself I have used the Tim Holtz Components collection.

 I have sprayed lots of the Tattered Angels Glimmermists....just love that stuff, thank goodness you can see on the picture that I have used it, usually you cannot see it on a picture....and that's a pitty....

The flowers have been worked on with the one stamp that I have with swirls.. The image that I have used underneith is from the internet and the buttons and lace are from my own stash.

The wonderfull flowers are from Tim Holtz Sizzix Die TATTERED FLORALS Bigz Flower Alterations  and I had a lot of fun playing with those fabulous flowers....
Everything has been worked on with the Distress inks especially the Dusty Concord, Forest Moss and Vintage Photo.

Simon Says Stamp and Show, Show your Spooky projects.....

Hiya all......here we go again...it is Monday...wohooooo soooo that means another fabulous challenge at



Simon Says Stamp and Show.....

and you better check this out...cause it is soooo spooky...brrrrr

I have never made a spooky vintage style project.....but now I did and really had fun with it.....check this out ...This is what I made....

See the greepy spider....brrrrrr I really hate spiders, but thank goodness this one doesn't crawl anywhere but stays in one place hihihi......I worked on this one with Distress inks from Tim Holz, used the Rusty Hinge, Vintage Photo, Peeled Paint and Dried Marigold and after that worked on it with the Tattered Angels Glimmermists.....the sentiment is from a blog with lots of Halloween stuff on it.....since I don't have anything in my stash for Halloween.....

And this is the bottom of the XL-Large Tag that I made, that you can use as a Bookmarker.....cut out the skeleton out of the paper and placed it onto the Tag the same thing with the Raven......underneith it all I placed the lace that I had....I think it looks a little like a spiderweb doesn't it?

So and this is the Spooky XL-Tag that I made for this weeks challenge.....the tag has been worked on with lots of Distress inks from Tim Holtz, just love playing with those colors.....but I allways seem to get the orangy and brownish colors heehheh.....I used the Tattered Angels Glimmermists too to give it a little bit of shimmer, too bad you can't see it that good on the picture...And the pumpkin is from the Halloween Vintage blog too....love it....

Things with Wings

I made a project to say Thank you to, check it out ladies...

I made a Candy Jar, with lots of cherries inside.....and butterflies on the outside

To say thank you and to say to you that you cherish your friends.

This is the side of my little candy jar, I have used the vintage papers and 2 kinds of lace

I used this fabulous stamp from Whiff of Joy and colored her with my copics, placed her on a nestie and on the bottom there is a butterfly, the borders are inked with Tim Holz Distress inks, just like the Martha Stewart Punches.

I have used this lovely Tilda with present.....I colored her with my copics..

Ik heb deze prachtige Tilda met kadootje gebruikt en heb haar ingekleurd met mijn copics.

And what do you think about these wonderfull roses.....I got these beauty's at Desi's webshop....they are soooo beautifull.....check it out ladies......

En wat dachten jullie van deze prachtige roosjes?? ik heb deze mooie roosjes van Desi's webshop....ze zijn echt zo prachtig.....even gaan kijken hoor ladies.....

I have used my flowery nesties....they are so nice to work with...and the Aud design text stamp on top of it. used some ink from the  purple cats eye and a little rose on top.

Ik heb mijn bloemen nesties gebruikt....ze zijn zo leuk om te gebruiken..en de Aud Design tekst stempel boven op. Ik heb de randen beinkt met de paarse cats eye en een klein roosje erboven op gebruikt.

And this is my card finished....at the bottom and on top I placed some ribbon with polka dots.....and the papers are from the the paperpad, The Pocket full of Posies, well you have got to check that out, cause the papers have glitters and sparkles and such nice colors......wow....

So ladies, don't forget to check the Challenge blog out, I can tell you it sure is worth you're while....

En dit is de kaart die ik ermee gemaakt heb. Onderaan en bovenaan heb ik lint met polka dots gebruikt....en het papier is van de Paperpad, The pocket full of Posies, dat moet je echt eens gaan bekijken want het papier heeft glitters en is echt prachtig.....wow...

Dus ladies, niet vergeten om de Challenge Blog te bekijken, ik kan je vertellen het is zeker de moeite waar hoor.

I haven't used the heart Sizzix for a long time so it was about time to get it out of the closet......and I used the embosfolder with the sweet flowers on it and the one with the polka dots......a few lovely roses and lace from Desi's webshop and a few pearls to finish it. I placed the lace around the heart .

Ik had al een hele tijd het hart van Sizzix niet gebruikt...dus het werd echt eens tijd om ze te gebruiken....en ik heb het hart gelijk maar even door de cuttlebug heengehaald met deze mooie embosfolder met bloemen en de andere met polkadots...een paar mooie roosjes en lint van Desi haar webshop en een paar pareltjes om het af te maken. En om het hart heen heb ik ook lint gebruikt.

And this is my card......I got the lovely papers from Imaginisce again....think the colors are very lovely and the ribbon is the lightblue one with polka dots........

En dit is mijn kaart.....ik heb het prachtige papier van Imaginisce weer gebruikt...ik vind de kleuren erg mooi en het lint is lichtblauw met polka dots.

Usually I am done now with my post but......I have another card made....for 3 different challenges.....Could not help myself but I had to make this card.......

Normaliter zou ik nu klaar zijn met mijn post.....maar ik heb nog een kaart gemaakt dit keer voor 3 Challenges.....ik kon er niks aan doen hoor moest gewoon meedoen met deze kaart....

 

So I made this card for the following Challenges....

Just Magnolia, Simon Says Stamp and Friday Sketchers.....

At just magnolia the challenge has everything to do with Love....with simon says stamp the same...and at friday sketchers there is this  nice sketch from Aud....thanks sweetie for this wonderfull sketch....

Dus ik heb deze kaart gemaakt voor de challenges van Just Magnolia, Simon Says Stamp en Friday Sketchers...

Bij Just Magnolia de challenge heeft alles te maken met Liefde......bij Simon Says Stamp hetzelfde onderwerp en bij Friday Sketchers hebben ze een hele leuke sketch van Aud....dank je wel hoor voor deze mooie sketch....

I had a lot of fun making this one......also the first time that I made a Tilda in 3D.....reminds me of "old times" that I used the 3D images.......

So here we go .....

Ik heb veel plezier gehad met deze sketch....en voor het eerst eens een Tilda in 3D gemaakt...doet me denken aan eerder....toen ik ook de 3D afbeeldingen gebruikte.

Hier gaan we...

Yep and again I used this lovely Tilda from the winterkit of Magnolia...just think that she is so wonderfull...I colored her with my copic ciao's......

En ja hoor alweer deze lieve Tilda van de Winterkit van Magnolia....vind haar echt zoooo lief.....ik heb haar ingekleurd met mijn copic ciao's/

And on top of these lovely roses I used some stickles, gives the roses some very surprizing effect....

En bovenop deze mooie roosjes stickles gebruikt...dat geeft een heel mooi verassend effect aan de roosjes.

So I made this picture hopefully you can see that Tilda really is in 3D...hiihihi

Ik heb deze foto gemaakt zodat jullie hopelijk kunnen zien dat het echt Tilda in 3D is...hihihi

And here is my card......

En hier is mijn kaart....

The paperpad that I have used is from Tiffany's I just love these pretty colors.....and again the lovely roses and white flowers...on top of the white flowers some pearls.....to bad you cannot see the pearls on top of the pink ribbon....and offcourse the Love embellishment......and the Straight from my haert is from Aud Design....just love this one.......

So ladies thats it and thats that......for today hihih

De paperpad die ik heb gebruikt is van Tiffany's vind de kleuren zo gaaf en heel mooi....en alweer deze mooie roosjes en witte bloemen...bovenop de witte bloemen een paar pareltjes... jammer dan je niet kan zien dat er ook op het lint pareltjes zitten......en natuurlijk het hartje die ik heb gebruikt.....en de tekstempel is van Aud Design....vind hem prachtig......

ZO dat is het voor vandaag ladies......
