Oke and here is the sketchie that we were playing with......

Jo made this fab sketch for us and I really had fun playing with it, thanks sweetie.

Here we have another cutiepie from Cuddly Buddly and his name is Toby Tumble......Just Because.....and I think he is such a cutie......I colored him with copics and for the background I used the Decorative Chalks yet again.....every border is worked on with the paperdistresser, it is so much fun using that little tool.....yesss I know....I admid it....I am addicted.....yep....sure thing....

So and here is my card when it is finished....I have used the fab papers from A Vintage Paperpad.....from a very nice store here in Holland....the buttons on the bottom are from my knittingcase....and the lace is from my own stash.....every border is distressed with Vintage Photo to give it that "old" look.....

we have a sad announcement

This week our teamie Sandra is going to say goodbye to us, we are very sad to see her leave and of course a HUGE THANK YOU for creating such wonderful, stunning cards for us each week.
San, don't be a stranger, it's been an absolute pleasure to have you on the SS DT team, lots of love from all of us xxAnd here is the sketch from my sweet teamie Jo...

Isn't it a beauty again........wohooooo, thanksss Jo...

Here we go with the challenge, this is what I made

And these two georgous little girls are offcourse from Precious Moments...they are digistamps and I have colored them with my copics and yessss I know "boring" .....I used that beautifull stuff called Decorative Chalks.....

The flowers are made with the Retro Flower Punch...still like them a lot and for the last couple of cards I start to gettin them out of the closet more and more......I have used the Large Flower, Medium and the little one....and placed them on top of eachother and in the middle a little pearl.

And here is my card when it is finished......I have used those beautifull papers from Tilda, the Fruitgarden. The colors in this huge paperpack are just great and you can combine them in a lot of ways......The precious girls are placed on a Flowernestie and the larger one I draw and cut myself....cause the other one is the large one LOL....and don't you just love the lace?? I do....it is a bit of pink but comes in different colors....de border on top of the lace is from the Martha Stewart Punch...still love this one too.....few pearls on top and I am done with this weeks challenge and if you wanna join into the challenge ladies and gents then come on over to the

I have played with this very cute digistamp from Elisabeth Bell, don't you just love her.....I colored her with my copics and used the Decorative Chalks and the At You Spica pens on the flowers and the background.....

And this is my card when it is finished.....I just love these papers, they were a present from my teamie Jo and I really had fun with them, they are from Kate Night....I placed some flowers on the bottom of the card and used stickles on them.....and on some of the borders of the paper.

Prairie Fairy Fun Fridays Challenge # 49, Oh So Spring and more....

Hiya ladies and gents, welcome to another wonderfull challenge on the

This is what I made this week.

What do you think about this cutie Gillian......I really love her, colored her and the chickies with the copic ciao's and used the Decorative Chalks in the background.....

Around the borders of the image I have worked with the Paper Distresser, such a nice tool to use on all of your cards.....and you can purchase Gillian in the Store from Roberta, she has lots of cute digistamps that you can purchase....so go ahead and check it out oke......

And yep this is my finished card.....I love the bright colors and soft ones in this paper....I have written the sentiment myself and used some sparkles on it.

Hiya ladies and gents......here we are again...so sorry that I did not post anything since last Friday.....but I was really sick....haven't been since ages....but thank goodness I am back in Blogland.....wohooooo

So here we go with another fabulous

 Sketch Challenge at Sketch Saturday.....

And this is what I made with the sketchie....

Once upon a time hehehe.....I received this cutiepie from my friend....and now....finally I have colored her with copics and placed her on a card.....used the Decorative Chalks in the background and a few little flowers in the corner....few glitz and glimmer stones in there .....

The papers I have used are from a candy that I once won.....and I just love the soft tones in this paper.......I used the sentiment that I got from my teamie and I love this one.....placed the punched Retro Flower in there and the smallest one with a glimmer....
some ribbon and I have used the Martha Stewart Punch on the side of the card and walla I am done....Oh allmost forgot, on all the sides of the papers I worked with the Paper Distresser...such a nice tool to use....you really gotta try that one, it is fabulous...

Prairie Fairy Fun Fridays, Challenge #48 It's my party ......

Hiya ladies and gents..here we go with another fabulous challenge at the

Prairie Fairy Fun Friday Challenge Blog....

and this time the challenge is called "It's my party"  This week Beverly is our hostess and you gotta check out all of the great creations that my teamies made wohoooo...
So I decided to make a card for my youngest daughter Shannon.....See we are having our birthday on the same day hehehe.....next Thursday, so this weeks theme was very handy to make a card for Shannon....so here it comes.....

How about this little ducky??? Isn't he cute......

And how about this little Ducky??? They are really party animals....

They are called Dandy and Deanna Ducky and if you click the linky it will take you to the store of Roberta, she has these two cuties in her store and lots and lots more.....hehehe....if you want to purchase them go check it out oke? I colored Dandy and Deanna with copics and placed them on a nestie.....and placed a few roses .....

And in the middle you can see the sentiment that we got from Lynne, so we could play with it....thank you Lynne really love this one......I have placed a few roses in the middle of the sentiment that is also placed on a nestie...

So this is my card for this week.....I have used the paper distresser around the the borders .....just love that little thing to make the papers look a little older.....the papers are from Making Memories and is called Flutter.....don't you just love those colors?

I have used this fab stamp from Sugar Nellie...she is called Reflective, don't you just love her...I colored her with my copics and yes I colored the background with my Decorative Chalks....so very nice to use on the backgrounds of your card......and it gives it a real shiny look....

And yes this time I used my favourite colors again.....purple...for the ones who did not know that purple was my favourite hehehe....

And this is my card when it is all finished......so what do you think...you like?? or don't like what you see?? I do...I think it has everything to do with the fact that it is my favourite color and papers...hehehe....The papers that I have used are from Basic Grey, Wisteria.....doooo love that paper...fab colors in there.....

Prairie Fairy Fun Fridays, Challenge #47 Inspired by a Song and more

Hiya ladies and gents......it is Friday and yes that means another fabulous challenge over at the

Fairy Fun Friday Challenge Blog......

This week the Challenge is Inspired by a Song.....We want you to use a favorite song to inspire the theme of your project! So better get your thinking cap on and we are being very curious what the outcome will be.....
And wohooo I am the hostess for the Challenge this week....and I must say I had a lot of fun .....and when you join in please check out what my teamies made for this week...wohooo absolutely georgous ladies.......

So here we go....this is what I made for this weeks challenge.....

I have used these wonderfull little birdies, Roberta made this fab digistamp....and you can purchase it in Roberta's Digistamp store. But that's not the only thing you can purchase offcourse, check it out oke, you will find some amazing digistamps upthere..
I have colored the little birdies with my copics....and have used the Decorative Chalks for the background....and around the Doves I used distress inks.....
I instantly was thinking of a song from Nelly Furtado when I was coloring these cuties....but will get back to the song in a minute.

This is the top of my card, don't you just love this lace....I know I do hehehe......really fits the card....and the flowers yummie.....love those too....

And when there is a top there is a bottom too eh....so this is at the bottom of my card yep the same yummie lace there.....

And here is the card when it is finished......I made it a vintagy one....just love making vintagy stuff.....The papers that I have used are from 7 Gypsies these are really fab papers. the Song that I was thinking about is: Nelly Firtado with I'm like a Bird

I think it is a fabulous song......

Sketch Saturday Challenge #143, sponsor is Stichy Bears.....and more

Hiya ladies, here we are again..wohooo it is Saturday and yessss we have another wonderfull challenge at the Sketch Saturday Challenge Blog...
This time we are being sponsored by the lovely Stichy Bears Digital Stamps.

We got to choose a very sweet digi image that we could use for our cards for this weeks challenge.

I chose In his Hands....and I just love it.....made it a vintagy one, never made a vintagy baby card....and I can tell you that I am very pleased with the results.....and let me tell ya that does not happen that often LOL.....

So here we go .....

My goodness isn't this just a fab sketch??? I think so....and I want to say thank you to my wonderfull teamie Jo.....thank you sweetie......

and this is the card that I made....

I have used these fabulous roses and I worked on the roses with stickles.....to give it that shiny look.

And this wonderfull sentiment is just perfect for this card, usually I place the embellies on a rose or something but this time I thought why don't I place it on the empty space in the middle of the sentiment....sooo I did......and I think it looks great. I just took of the hanger and glued the embellie in the middle of the sentiment.

This wonderfull and OOOHH soo cute digi image is called In his hands and it is from Stichy bears.......and I just love it...colored the digi with my copics and used lots of ink, decorative chalk in the background to finish it.

And here is my card finished.......I used distress ink on every piece of this card, placed the vintagy lace......just the right color to go with the card......the paper is from Basic Grey....soooo and that's it for today....wanna have fun come over to the challenge blog and play along oke? This digistamp is from Belles 'n' Whistles and I got her from a good friend, love this little girl with the cuddly bear in her arms......And offcourse I have used a few flowers and I placed a few of those fabulous roses on top.....

This is the side of the card and I have used a digi sentiment that I won in a Candy a while back......the purple lace is from Desi's Create your Own webshop and I really love this color. On top I made a bow on it.

And here is my card when it is finished.....It is absolutely my color..yep remember that I am the girl who just loveeeeeeeeeesss the Purple color who happens to be the most wonderfull color on earth???? heheh...The papers are offcourse from Basic Grey, Wisteria....Just love it......wohooooo....and I placed a few shiny stones on the other side of the card and it is finished....

Prairie Fairy Challenge #46, All in the fine print and more...

This time the challenge is All in the Fine Print, I can hear you thinking duhhh what is this....well I was thinking the same hehehe, but it is simple, fine print is real petite, small...letters....so....make a card a project with small or tiny letters in it.

This beautifull digistamp is called Watering Can en it is from Roberta, she made this beauty and I just love it, such sweet flowers and I colored the image with my copics, used the decorative chalks and really had fun.
