So here we go.....Our challengetheme for this week is SHOW US YOUR SPARKLE....you can make whatever you like as long at it has everything to do with the theme and it should be VINTAGY......
So this is what I made for this week.....
I made a photoframe with lots of sparkles and combined the bling with lots of brownish colors.
I love glitz and glimmer so I worked with lots of it on my project. I was inspired to create a vintage piece which began with a frame, adding Gesso for texture and adding many layers of interest using the Chicken Wire stencil.
For the corners I worked with Perfect Pearls on Tim's corners to make it look rusty. Last but not least I worked with Utee on the frame and the effect it gave was very surprising to me. I just love it, it gives an old vintagy look.
When I was finished with the frame I decided to decorate the inside of it. I played with Gesso, the ChickenWire and yep Glimmermist,
Inside my piece I placed the small purse and the wallet and decorated those with Crackle and Stickles.
On the front I placed a Dressform with lots of glitz onto the Wendy wings and I pulled the lace through a spool to make it look like a dress. I think it worked pretty well. I am very pleased about it.
The sentiment is from Dreamer Images placed into a bottlecap. The bottom piece is from The Tim's Idea-ology.
