WE LOVE TO CREATE CHALLENGE #8 ANYTHING CREATIVE MIXED MEDIUM GOES WITH POLKADOODLES XXX

Hey there crafters out there......

Welcome to our new challenge,  A fabulous challenge sponsored by the amazingly talented Polkadoodles!!

So what do I have in store for you for this challenge...
I have played with some art journal pages for your inspiration

Are you ready for it.....

This is what I made for you .....

This time I made a couple of Art Journal Pages, just love to play around with stamps on the background, started with Distress inks,

What I did first is take 2 art journal pages out of my Art Journal....I colored the background with distress inks

After the pages were dried up I played with the Texture Galore Stampset, they are absolutely amazing to use on art journal pages and also lots of other projects offcourse.....so I stamped all over my project to give it some vintage feel 

Then I stamped the Believe in Angels stampset on one side and used the Creative Angel stencil too to give the girl a whole body.

I colored her with Distress inks and with my polychromos pencils

I used the heart from the stencil in the middle of her skirt and stamped some more with the Texture Galore to give the dress some texture.

As I was saying I colored her with my Polychromos 

The background could use some more texture and "filling up" so I took the swirl stencil and used Gesso and some orange acrylic paint to give it some color 

Then I stamped the making faces girl number 2 on the other art journal page. At first I used the stencil and made another heart on the girls skirt but then I thought why not put something different on her skirt. So I decided to place a butterfly.....you can see it 2 images below.....

So I am happy with how she turned out and the background on the art journal page....

And here is girl number 2 with lots of butterflies, sentiments and colored her skirt and placed tiny hearts on it.

  I stamped some sentiments on the art journal pages.

So there was still not enough different stencils, stamps etc on the background. after that I played with all kinds of smaller stamps, from the Honey Daisy, Stampsoup Lemonade Fizz, Texture Gallore, Lavender Tea, Making Faces, Believe in Angels, Creative Angel,  Papillon. Bella Fleur, Regal Peacock and Funky Alphabet Stampset,

 Now I was happy with it. Last but not least I placed some sentiments on both pages.......

POLKADOODLES CRAFTS-Cutting Dies and Stampsoup xxx

Hey there it's Terry, with some inspiration for you, what you can make with the FABULOUS Craft Dies and Stampsoup clearstamps.

So I played with 4 different Craft Dies, they are just amazing let me tell you about them....

So the first Die that I cut out was the Posydoodles Square, I had this idea in my  head to make a card and wanted to use as much Dies as possible. The Hello Die, Delicate Daisy Border Die and the Daisy Cluster Die. Love them all. The background of my card was colored with 4 different colors of ink.....I used the sentiment from Belle Papillon on the card and some other tiny stamps from the Regal Peacock stampset.

I cut the Dies with white cardstock and wanted to give them some color. Since my card background had 4 different colors I thought I would use them all on the Delicate Daisy Border Die......

The Flowers from the Daisy Cluster Die were colored with ink and stamped on with the tiny heart from the Stampsoup Clearstamp set. 

Here you can see how I worked around the card with the sentiment beautifull, I saw Nikky play with the sentiments around a project, so I thought why don't I give it a go. And I must say I am pretty pleased with the result. What else did I do? I used the Hello Die in the Square Die, placed the Delicate Daisy border Die on top of that and there you go, a complete card. And to finish I worked with the Graph'It Shake pen en played around on the Hello sentiment, on the Square and on the flowers..And last but not least I splattered some acrylic white pain onto my card.
