PREMIUM CRAFT BRANDS PANPASTEL UK CHALLENGE #13, Pick a Colour Palette .TUTORIAL ..

There ya go.....It is Sunday today, so you probably know what that means eh? Another fabby Challenge over at the

Our generous sponsor is Premium Art Brands and wow she has a fabulous prize for one winner

Right then, on to this weeks challenge which is
PICK A COLOUR PALETTE....

.....so you pick your colour and start crafting with them colours...I choose this one...

It is the Ranuncules Tones and has all these fabulous Purple, lavender and green tones in it. I just love this Colour Palette....if you click the colourpalette it will take you to the Design Seeds and there are loads of colour palette to choose from......

So what I did was...

I had these white flowers on a rope and thought how much fun it would be to make a Flower Mobile out of it.....

So I got the Dutch Doobadoo Masks and 6 different colours from the PanPastels.....I mixed some colours to get a lighter colour and the first layer for the flowers was offcourse Gesso.....after that I worked on the flowers with Light Modelling Paste and the DD Masks.....

And this was the result of working on them with the Masks...a few different kinds to play with...and I did not use the WHOLE maks but just bits and pieces of them....

And this is the result of playing with the masks....offcourse they needed some colours....and I worked with the 6 colours of PanPastels....added some water to lighten it up a bit...and on top I played with Crackle....Had to wait a bit for letting them dry......

So here you can see it from upclose.....I like the result allready.....

So the front of the flowers were done and now the back needed some colours offcourse....So I played with a tool to add the colours and this is the result of that .......

Different colours stamped with the sentiment.....

Upclose for you to see the result of the stamped sentiments....In greens and purple colours.....

And when the crackle was dried up this gave such a fabby result to the flower. At least I think it turned out just the way I wanted it to be....

And some more examples on how the other flowers turned out, I just love the texture on them ....what do ya think...they look good or what?

8 totally different flowers with 8 totally different designs...how about that eh? And you can hang em up the way you want it to be...one rope has 2 flowers on it, so you can hang them just the way you want.......

And another picture from upclose so you can see the designs on the flowers.....

And this picture was taken in the sunshine so the colours look a lot lighter then they are....but what do you think? You like this one.....I am pleased about it and had loads of fun working on them......
So you wanna have fun too and see what my fabulous teamies made for this week? Then you come over to the Premium Craft Brands PanPastel UK Challenge Blog and join into the fun...and fun is what your going to have and you even can win a fabulous prize

I  hope I have given you some ideas on HOW to make your own flower mobile.....this could be fun for in your garden.....or wherever you would like to hang em up.....

Have fun....

I would like to join into the following challenges:
