That would be just great.....Thank you so very much for everything Linda, I will miss you lots......xxxxx
Oke here we go with this second weeks project.....

So this is what I made

I just love Christmas......really I do and I do love the Christmas presents too....and I thought why not make a Christmas box to give to someone.....so what I did was I made a box and worked on it with lots wonderfull goodies....worked on this side of the box with the fabulous stencil of Wendy Vecchi, lots of embossing paste and embossing powder....a metal snowflake with embossing powder and some twine....

And offcourse I made a Tag to go with the Box.....again the fabulous stencil from Wendy Vecchi, just love the honeycomb one......the fabulous metall star and a button on top with twine....and the fabulous papers from The Tim Holtz.....I think they go really well together...I mean Tim and Wendy lol......

So this is another side of the box.....everyone who knows me they know that I just love hearts too so I could not resist to put a few hearts on the box too.....with a sentiment on them....

the hearts are worked on with distress ink and crackle....and the metall corners are just fabulous to use on whatever project or card your making.....

And this side I placed the sentiments from Tim Holtz Seasonal Chit Chat Stickers..did you ever try them out they are just great......
I wanted the lace to come back into the box, so it would fit the tag too.....so what I did was play with lace on a  bottle cap and placed a nice image of Santa in it on top some Glossy Accents....and played with Wendy Vecchi's honeycomb stencil and embossing powder. Don't you just love Christmas.....

And here is my finished Tag with Santa on it....also the papers from Tim Holtz mixed with Wendy Vecchi.....lots of lace and twine on top....I really had loads of fun working on the Christmas Box and Tag and if you want to have that much fun too then I suggest you come over to the Frilly and Funkie Challenge Blog and do join into the fun. And while your there just check out the Frilly and Funkie Girls and what fabulous creations they made just for your inspiration......Have loadsss of fun.....

This is what I made...

I thought it would be fun to make a wallhanger, the kind where you can hang a paper on so you will remember.....

the first layer that I have worked with was the Gesso......on top of that I used the Metallic Pans, did you ever use them, they are really fabulous to work with....I wanted to give my wallhanger an old look so what I did was first I played with Crackle and lots of it.....then I got the stencil and placed some embossing paste from Wendy Vecchi on top.....and offcourse some embossing powder.....

I did the same with the heart....and I think you will agree that it looks old.....

The wallhanger needed a word I thought.....and notes was perfect for it.....here you can see what I did with the background....looking good eh?

The sentiments are from Tim Holtz his Chit Chat Stickers

And here is my finished project, you can hang it on your wall with the ribbon that is on top of it and if you don't want to use that one you can hang it on your wall with a pin on the back of the wallhanger....I hope you like it and if you want to have fun like I did then you should come over to the PanPastel UK Challenge Blog and play along and do join into the fun....

This is what I made....
I started out with a frame...I have made a frame like this one before and I really loved working on it....so I thougth I would make another one...

So I started out with the background of the frame......and it was made with lots of Gesso, Embossing Paste and yessss these amazing swirls on the wooden heart was worked on with Wendy Vecchi's stampset....I just love this one and I embossed it with the copper embossing powder.....the background of the heart is embossed too. So this is the Heart of Hope......the sentiment is offcourse from Tim Holtz his Chit Chat Stickers..

And here I used the Tim Holtz butterfly.....don't you just think that The Wendy and the Tim Holtz fit so well together.....I do....so this is Faith...The butterfly is covered with panpastel and lots of crackle.....on top the Pennib and the sentiment Faith....and offcourse I wanted to place Linda her fabulous lace......

And the second heart is allmost the same as the first one, you know what I mean.....but it is different....This heart is Believe.....sentiment from Tim Holtz....offcourse.....and yep same lace underneith.....and the embossed background

And here we have my finished project, as you can see it is an altered frame...the original frame is just plain white and made out of plastic....but you cannot tell anymore eh? lol.....it is covered with Gesso, modelling paste and yessssssssssss crackle too......

Perhaps you can see it better like this, from the front of the frame....you like? I love it.....but offcourse I do love the butterflies and hearts. PANPASTEL UK CHALLENGE #33, CREATE YOUR OWN BACKGROUND.....

Hey there crafters out there...today it is Sunday and  YESSSS we have another fabulous Challenge over at the

  PANPASTEL UK Challenge Blog

Our generous sponsor is

they have a fabulous prize for the winner of the challenge.....check out the store guys, your not going to believe your eyes, it is just fabulous.

Oke this week the theme of our challenge is Create your OWN Background.....and this is what I did.....

So what I did was.....I played with 3 canvasses and first started my background with Tissue Tape...mmm I was not happy with it YET....then I got the Dylusions Inks out and Sprayed some vibrant colours on it.....then I thought....perhaps play with the heartshaped stencil....so I did....I liked it even more.....I worked on the stencil with the Modelling Paste so there was a dimenional effect..then took the stampset from the Wendy Vecchi and stamped up a butterfly and on top some crackle....and at the bottom I coloured some lace with the inks and then I was having so much fun I could not stop with just one canvas.....sooo.......

So I took another canvas and played with the same recepy as the first one.....but this time I worked on the Wendy Vecchi Stencil with the Embossing Paste and embossingpowder to give it an extra rusty look....then got the stampset from the Wendy and placed those lovely eyes and sentiment on top....

So then I was really having fun with the two canvasses so I thought I would make another one...this one is allmost the same as number one....so I don't need to explain what I did....

So here is my finsihed project....the THREE canvasses....to give you some inspiration on your project. I had lots of fun creating these for you... So you wanna have fun too guys, then I suggest you come over to the PanPastel UK Challenge Blog and do join into the fun. And while your their, check out the individual blogs of my teamies, they made some fabulous projects for your inspiration.....

And last but not least, have lots of fun
