Oke here we go .....

Yep I made a Once upon a Spring tag...to celebrate the Spring. I just love the Tim Holtz Distressing and Embossing Technique

and I made 3 different flowers from The Tim Holtz Tattered Florals Die and colored them with Vintage Photo, Fired Brick, Forest Moss and Shabby Shutters. I sort of was experimenting with crinoline for the first time...and fiber from a scarf that I had....colored the crinoline with distress inks and the flowers from the fiber were just the right color. The flower on the right I sort of used the seambinding, colored that one en turned it over and over untill the seambinding looked the way I wanted too and the flower to and placed a gem in the middle...and placed the little tag on the side.

The butterfly is embossed with Distress ink and is embossed with  embosspowder.
and the tag is embossed with the copper colored embosspowder, to give it that special look. The stamp that I used for the background is from The Tim Holtz, Fairy Garden Stamp. The flower on top of the Tag is from the large flower on the Floral Die and yes also made with the crinoline and colored with distress inks....so much fun to do and I was told that if I have really inky fingers that I really had fun LOL......

Oke here it is ladies and gents, my finished project for this weeks challenge on the Simon Says Stamp and Show Challenge Blog.....I hope you are coming over to the Challenge Blog and just check out my AMAZING teamies creations.....you will be amazed as I am every week.....wowzerssss......

This week we the challenge is Show us your Distressing.....well that should not be that difficult eh? you can make whatever you want to, we just want to see your Distressing...

This is what I made for this weeks challenge....

I decided to make a perfume wrapping. It was just an idea that popped into my head......

This is the top of the box, I have used the wonderfull papers from the Steampunk Debutante..and worked on it with the Glossy Accents, paperdistresser around the corners and offcourse Vintage Photo to give it that "old" look.

This is the side of the box....here you can see that I have placed that fab paper from Steampunk Debutante and used the corners for a border from Martha Stewart....also distressed it with the Vintage Photo.
I made the borders with a Martha Stewart Punch

And when there is one side there is offcourse another side.....I have used the metal charm and a button on top...

The Distress inks that I have used are Vintage Photovictorian velvet, forest moss and fired brick and also used on the flowers that was made with the Tim Holtz Floral Die.

This little bag is a perfect fit for the perfume box....The small flowers are worked on with Holographic embossing powder to give it the sparkle. I made the borders with a Martha Stewart Punch and the papers are from Steampunk Debutante.

Hiya ladies and gents......wohoooo and your not gonna believe it but yep another Fabulous Monday and that means another fabulous challenge over at the

Our regular sponsor Simon Says Stamp is giving away another fabulous prize for one lucky winner......

So what we want you to do is make something that is NOT a card, that could be a box, photoframe or whatever you want to......so what are you waiting for guys...come on over....

I made a project for this week and noooooo it is not a card.....Baby's and boxes, make a Babybox....so I decided to make a cute little babybox where you can put something in for a baby...could be little tiny socks or a passifyer or whatever small fits in there....

First I was trying to make my own flower from the Tim Holtz Floral Die......and I must say it is so much fun to get that fiber into the cuttlebug and after I got it out, I colored the flowers seperatly with the Distress inks....you should have seen my hands LOL.....but no worries I have a little cleaning block to clean my fingers all up. So nothing is showing anymore LOL....This picci is offcourse taken from up top.....so it looks like the flower is flat....but I can tell ya LOL it's not....

I have used the Vintage Photo, Victorian Velvet, Forest Moss and Fired Brick on the flower....and the most beautifull papers that I have worked with are from Grahic 45. The Baby 2 Brides....wowzerss absolutely wonderfull colors and images on this paper.....and this is the front of the box....
And this is the side of the box....can you see the little passifyer?? I have worked with the paperdistresser on all the borders of the paper and placed some of that  yummie lace.....

I had a lot of fun making my Anything but a Card project.....
Even the inside of the box is worked on with the yummie paper and on the front a few pearls....
and my project is done for this week.... I hope you like it and hopefully it gives you a few ideas to make your own project for the challenge this week over at the Simon Says Stamp and Show Challenge Blog, so come on over and do join in ...you will have lots of fun I know for sure that you will....and while your there check out my Teamies and what they made I can tell you it is absolutely amazing what my teamies created for this week....wowzersss They Amaze me each week...Have fun ladies and gents....
